What? The HPS roundtable consists of HPS network physicians, other highly regarded and highly performing network physician prospects of HPS, or those selected by the HPS management team to provide insight on the future trends and operations of a venous and lymphatic medicine practice. Network physicians will gain superior business and operations value from this interactive roundtable. The HPS physician network is by invitation only and is also the only independent vein care physician network in the USA.

Who? This interactive roundtable will be led by Chris Pittman, M.D., DABR, FAVLS, the Managing Director of Health Performance Specialists. Attendees are recognized and highly regarded physicians who lead dedicated venous medicine practices who are HPS network physicians, those with interest in joining HPS, and/or thought leaders within the venous and lymphatic space. This workshop is interactive, and attendees are expected to both participate and contribute.

Why? HPS shares all the practical aspects of operating a quality care, highly performing, and compliant vein care practice. Where & When? The HPS roundtable will convene at least two times per year.  A minimum of one meeting will be held in Tampa, Florida, the headquarters of HPS.  The logistics of the HPS roundtable is simple:

  1. Saturday

    1. Network physicians arrive and check-in to hotel

    2. HPS management, network physicians, prospects, and other invitees enjoy drinks and a casual dinner

  2. Sunday

    1. Breakfast 8-9am

    2. Convene network roundtable 9am

    3. Workshop concludes 6pm

    4. Informal fellowship/social activity

  3. Monday (optional)

    1. Network physicians attend Vein911 Vein Treatment Center office for a morning of shadowing clinical operations, followed by afternoon debrief and wrap up.

Agenda? Emphasis is collegial with interactive question and answer format, rather than didactics.  Agenda will be broken into two parts – industry trends and practice management.

HPS Affiliate Partner Sponsorships: HPS will allow up to 4 sponsors for meals (Saturday dinner; Sunday breakfast, lunch, and dinner) associated with the roundtable.  Sponsors will be branded on all HPS roundtable material, be allowed to distribute material, and be given a 5-minute opportunity to speak prior to their sponsored meal.
